Depending on your role at your practice, you may need to assign specific clients to your colleagues who use Fluidly.
Let’s say you have a new starter, who has just been given their clients and now needs access to them in Fluidly. With this feature, you can make sure this new joiner has access to the right set of businesses.
As mentioned in our guide to managing user roles, Fluidly accounts have three levels of access: Owner, Admin and Advisor.
Owners can access every client and assign clients to other staff.
Admins, who have been given access to a specific set of clients, can only assign these clients to other staff.
Advisors can access any clients they’re given access to from an Owner or Admin, but they can’t allocate clients to other staff.
