Can I edit the estimate?

Yes, there’s different elements you can edit:

1. Edit the estimated amount: Select ‘Edit amount’ from the three vertical dots icon to the right of the transaction. If you do this, it will override the estimate so it will no longer update automatically.

Example: You’ve completed your VAT return and know what your next payment will be, so you want to keep your forecast up to date.

2. Edit the expected payment date: Select the calendar icon next to the date of the transaction.

Example: You’ve completed your VAT return and know your payment date or you’re deferring the payment to next quarter.

3. You want to restore Fluidly’s original VAT estimate: Select the three vertical dots icon to the right of the transaction and select ‘Revert to Fluidly estimate’.

Can I add another VAT estimate?

Yes, you can add a one-off or monthly transaction. If there’s no estimate for the period you’re looking at:

  1. Select the cell in the forecast where you want to add the estimate

  2. Select ‘Add a VAT estimate’

  3. Fill in the form

  4. Select ‘Add’

If there’s already a VAT estimate for the period you’re looking at:

  1. Select the cell in the forecast where you want to add the estimate

  2. Select ‘Add’ underneath the other estimates

  3. Fill in the form

  4. Select ‘Add’
