Fluidly allows you to set credit limits for individual customers, enabling you to track these alongside the amount currently outstanding to a given debtor.

Setting a credit limit can be done by accessing an individual Customer record page, and simply entering a value into the relevant text box before clicking 'Save'.

Once a credit limit has been set for a particular debtor, users will then be able to easily see how much over or under this amount a client is using the statistic which will now appear at the top of the Customer record page. Collective information across your entire ledger will also appear on the Overview page, whereby users can see how many customers are in excess of their credit limit, as well as who these customers are by clicking on this information.
