Using the Actions list
Selecting an item on the left side of the Actions list, you will be presented with the relevant invoices on the right side. Here you will find relevant invoice information, below which there will be two primary buttons - one with the suggested (and most relevant action, eg. for an overdue invoice, email customer) action, and another allowing you to dismiss the item. Beside this, you will also find a third button (ellipsis), which presents you with a host of other actions, such as logging a call, marking an item as disputed etc.
Filtering automated actions on / off.
The Actions list is set by default to not include automated actions - actions that Fluidly will undertake on your behalf in the background, as dictated by your reminder settings, eg. automated email reminders.
When you begin to use Fluidly, it is likely that you will have very few actions that need to be taken as it will take time for other action types (scheduled calls, past promised date, etc) to filter through.
