How do the automated reminder work?
The Reminders page allows you to set up the automated credit control features in the product.
You can determine your own reminder settings, with the ability to customise the type of reminders that are sent out, their frequency and the content of these.
We would encourage you to customise these settings to suit the needs of your business, however, you can also simply turn invoice reminders on and the default reminders schedule will become enabled.
What are the different types of reminders that Fluidly uses?
Email reminders, statements and scheduled calls - we believe that a combination of all of these is the most effective way to help you get paid faster, and more predictably.
All of the reminders are either sent (emails) or surfaced (calls) based on the schedule you have set - reminder schedules are then triggered by the age of the invoice.
